Terms & Conditions for Free Trial

  • We reserve the right to decline organisations from participating in the free trial
  • The free trial is free of charge, no payment details are required
  • 14-day free trials run between the 1st of the month to the 22nd of the month. Trial dates are dictated by totality services London Ltd and will be communicated to the client depending on what dates trials are running on in any given month
  • If your organisation does not sign-up to the service by the end of the 14th day of the trial (5pm GMT), the backed up data will be permanently deleted on the following business day (a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England)

Terms & Conditions for Demo

  • All demos are remote and via a video conferencing solution, such as Microsoft Teams
  • Demos are available on business days only, and between 9am – 6pm GMT
